| Bell Tracy constructed the GPS Data Logger to allow organizations that want to track their mobile assets to do so without incurring the complexity and cost of wireless solutions. Using this device is as simple as initializing it with the free client software, placing it on the dashboard of the vehicle and plugging it into a cigarette lighter. As the vehicle moves, the Data Logger will write the position of the vehicle to a non-volatile memory (so no information is lost when power is removed) space. Retrieving the data is a simple task of plugging into the device with the supplied cable and downloading the information to a computer.
