| Determining how much a location for posting advertisements is worth depends on the number of people that can see the location on a daily basis.
Figuring this number can be relatively simple for billboards but gathering data for indoor signage can be vastly more difficult,
costly, and imprecise. |
| Bell Tracy developed the Pedestrian Counter to fill such a requirement. Running on battery power (or an optional wall plug-in power source), the Pedestrian Counter will count not only the number of pedestrians that have walked near he device, but it will also measure the distance the individual was from the device at the time of the measurement. |
| Once the data has been compiled and downloaded, our unique software will calculate all the statistics you require having a full picture of the pedestrian traffic at the audited location. The statistics can be calculated minute by minute or summarized on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis. |
| Mounting the device couldn’t be easier. First of all, the device is very small so it can be inconspicuously placed in very creative locations. It is also battery powered so there are no external connections required for it to operate normally. For unlimited operating duration, an external power source should be used. |
